Adrienne is a Senior Partner and the majority shareholder of MCG Partners. Adrienne brings over 20 years of diversified experience, and is responsible for running the operations and financials of the firm, and supporting client management and market relations. Adrienne is an Ocean Spray Cranberry Grower-Owner and involved in the ownership and management of over 130 acres of cranberry bogs in Southeastern, Massachusetts. She is actively involved in many cranberry media (television and print) and educational events domestically and internationally. She is involved with the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association and serves on its Cranberry Education Foundation Committee. She is on the Board of Incoporators for Mechanics Cooperative Bank’s Holding Company. Adrienne was the founding chairperson of the Bridgewater State University's Center for Entrepreneurship Studies and now serves on their Business School Advisory Board. Previously, Adrienne spent seven years as Vice President of Client Services for the world’s largest organizational consulting firm. She worked with small to Fortune 50 companies and was the Account Executive for two of the company’s top 50 clients worldwide. Beforehand, she was the Director of Resident Services for a retirement community with over six hundred residents. She managed a staff and was responsible for all internal marketing and activities to drive sales. She has worked in the construction field as a manager for two general contracting firms and has over twenty years of real estate sales and development experience. Adrienne was selected as the 2010 Eisenhower Agricultural Fellow and traveled to South America to expand agricultural business relationships while observing sustainability practices. In 2011, she received the McCabe Fellow award. She has held a federal appointment to serve on the Massachusetts State Committee for the USDA's Farm Services Agency (FSA) since 2007. Adrienne is a member of the Massachusetts Farm Bureau Federation, a Pan Mass Challenge (PMC) Rider & Volunteer, and is a former Board member for SEMAP (Southeastern Massachusetts Agricultural Partnership). Adrienne is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a Bachelors of Science, majoring in Marketing and Public Relations.

Chuck Mollor is the founding and managing partner of MCG Partners, a woman-owned, management consultancy specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, talent management, organizational effectiveness, management training, and career management solutions. For over 30 years Chuck has advised, coached and consulted international, national, and regional executives and organizations across industries, start-ups to Fortune 500s, and not-for-profits. As an executive coach and strategic advisor, he specializes in developing leaders, leadership team alignment, creating a leadership culture, managing change, employee engagement, and developing a culture of accountability. As a Harvard Business School executive coach, Chuck provides coaching and advisory services to attending global executives. As a former CEO and member of several executive teams, he has had general management and P&L responsibilities, and ran, built and restructured several businesses. Chuck has led strategy, sales, marketing, product development, operations, HR, and a global partnership of more than 100 consulting firms. Chuck is a graduate of executive programs from The Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has a BA in political science and a minor in business administration from Merrimack College. With certifications as an ICF executive coach and in several behavioral, 360 and engagement assessments and surveys, he is a published author and has been a panelist, speaker and facilitator at many conferences and seminars. Chuck serves on several board of directors, is a cranberry grower-owner of Ocean Spray, is president of LeBaron Hills and is a fundraiser and rider for the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC), a 192 mile bike-ride for the fight against cancer. Chuck lives near Boston with his wife, four children, and two dogs.

With over 20 years’ experience leading teams and organizations to sustainable success, Cheryl develops and delivers a broad spectrum of customized training and development programs. Her program participants span various organization levels, industries, and cultures, and speak to Cheryl’s ability to create personalized learning experiences and transformative and sustainable changes. A skilled interactive and collaborative facilitator, Cheryl has extensive expertise in solving the leadership challenges of individuals and organizations. She specializes in employee and leadership effectiveness, succession planning, organizational innovation, change and alignment. Cheryl is a Harvard Business School executive coach providing coaching and advisory services to attending global executives. Previously, Cheryl leveraged her passion for developing people and founded Talent Transformation, a coaching, training and talent management consulting firm. She had been the Executive Director of Sales for The Providence Journal Company, a multimedia organization owned by Belo Corporation. At The Providence Journal Company, she oversaw a sales and marketing staff of 60 and drove strategies, revenue, and multimedia product development with a $50m budget. Prior to the Providence Journal, Cheryl spent 10 years in Sales and Strategic Planning at Boston.com and The Boston Globe. Cheryl holds a BA from Boston College and a MBA from Suffolk University. In addition, Cheryl is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®) and DiSC®. She is also certified in several 360 assessments. She is also a faculty member of the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), a SHRM chapter. Cheryl lives outside of Boston, MA with her husband and three boys.

Michèle is a Senior Vice President of MCG Partners with over two decades of international human capital consulting experience including leadership and talent development, team building facilitation, executive coaching, change management, executive onboarding, organizational optimization and design, executive search, and talent assessment. She has worked with a variety of global clients and organizations in the private and public sector as well as with academic and executive education institutions. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Michèle began her career in recruiting and executive search. She worked for Korn/Ferry International where she conducted C-suite searches for the Advanced Technology, Venture Capital and Professional Services practices. She went on to work for two fin-tech and software start-ups, spent some time in management consulting and then served as Senior Advisor on Human Capital to Christopher Burnham, the Assistant Secretary/Chief Financial Officer at US Department of State during the agency’s Resource Management reorganization under Secretary Colin Powell. While living in Switzerland, Michèle joined IMD, a top ranking international business school, as a career strategy coach for their Global MBA program and as a business case writer creating executive education program materials focused on leadership, innovation and governance. Michèle has worked in Asia consulting to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on the design and pilot of their MBA Career Strategy program and with Singapore Management University on various case writing projects. Michèle most recently lived in Sweden and continues to work as an executive coach with the Stockholm School of Economics Executive MBA Leadershiplive Program; which she co-created in 2014. Michèle is a dynamic and engaged facilitator who works with leaders to create and build high functioning and effective teams. She has designed and developed several leadership development programs in both academic and corporate environments. Her clients span in industry and range from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Michèle has worked with global executives at Harvard Business School as an individual and team coach. She is involved with MIT’s $100K start up awards program as a mentor and judge. Michèle is a certified analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®), and an MBTI® practitioner and works with individuals and teams to use these assessment tools for improved communication, collaboration and productivity. Michèle serves on the Board of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston as the Co-Chair for Governance and is an active member of The Junior League of Boston. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running marathons, cooking and visiting art museums. She is a dual American and French national.

Heather Wood is Vice President, leadership developer & facilitator, and executive coach with MCG Partners. With more than 20 years of experience in engaging all levels of leadership across multiple business sectors, Heather draws from her experience and insight training hundreds of managers globally. Heather coach’s executives in leadership strategy, communication style, team building, performance management, conflict resolution and career development. Heather is also an accomplished designer and facilitator of customized interactive management workshops. Heather is a Harvard Business School executive coach providing coaching and advisory services to attending global executives. In addition to MCG Partners’ management training programs, her other training content includes Situational Leadership, InsideOut Coaching, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI) and Lominger Leadership Architect. Heather’s industry areas of expertise include financial services, software development, bio-pharmaceutical and health and human services. Previously, Heather was an AVP at Brown Brothers Harriman, where she developed long-term leadership development programs as well as employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to diagnose competency gaps and improve individual, team and organizational performance. Prior to that, she served as a HR consultant for Idenix Pharmaceuticals and in several capacities at Fidelity Investments in corporate learning and development. Heather earned her Bachelor of Science from Simmons College in Boston and her Certificate in Professional Coaching (CPC) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®) as well as in several additional assessments and tools. She volunteers as a mentor for Babson College MBA students as well as for the Social Innovation Forum. Additionally, Heather is an active member of the Boston Facilitators Roundtable. John Griffith is Vice President of Consulting Services and is an Executive Coach and Facilitator for MCG Partners. For more than 10 years, John has empowered people and organizations to thrive. Most recently, John worked at Linkage Inc. where he leveraged his passion and energy to develop new partnerships. He worked with executives of several global Fortune 500 firms to successfully implement critical projects. These projects ranged from restructuring a 30,000-person supply chain, to CEO succession, to designing a multi-year, multi-million-dollar customized leadership program to develop over 2,000 managers and directors for future leadership roles. Prior to that, he founded and ran his own consulting firm for five years, where he worked directly coaching executive leaders. In that role, he honed a two-pronged approach of developing executives to be great leaders while also leveraging his process engineering skills to enable companies to grow and scale at an accelerated rate. Through this method, he consistently partnered with companies to produce extraordinary business results. John coached a founding member of a start-up from $0 to $250M in annual revenue over a four-year period. Earlier in his career as an industrial engineer, John managed lean projects and teams of software developers to automate processes. He led a Six Sigma project to significantly improve the quality of circuit cards being manufactured at Raytheon that saved the company millions of dollars. While serving six years as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a degree in industrial engineering and has completed continuing education at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He has an insatiable curiosity that drives him to travel the world to understand other cultures and new ways of thinking and doing things. He is also a certified yoga teacher and all-around health nut. He lives near Boston with his wife and daughter.

Erinne is the Director of Client Services for MCG Partners. Erinne provides advisory and consulting services, delivers customized training programs and assists our PI® clients with talent management, selection, onboarding, team building, management effectiveness and performance management needs. Erinne brings over 20 years of human resource expertise including professional development, coaching, talent acquisition, on-boarding, training, and performance management. Previously Erinne worked as a Senior Recruiter for Analysis Group, Inc., an economic, financial and business strategy consulting firm. In this role Erinne managed the candidate selection process for 10 offices in the U.S. and Canada. Prior, Erinne was a Human Resource Associate and Senior Recruiter for The Baupost Group, LLC, an employee owned hedge fund sponsor. In this role Erinne provided career development and performance coaching, recruiting, new hire assimilation and assisted with the annual performance review process. Erinne started her career in human resources at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a multinational professional services network offering auditing, accounting and assurance services. During the first five years with PwC, Erinne focused on talent acquisition. Following her work in recruiting, Erinne took on a role in human resources where she focused on employee relations, performance management and professional development coaching. Erinne holds a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges where she majored in psychology and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®). She has worked with and coordinated corporate volunteer programs with not-for-profit organizations such as Cradles to Crayons, Room to Grow, Rosie’s Kitchen, The Greater Boston Food Bank and more. Josh is a Senior Consultant with MCG Partners. He provides advisory and consulting services, delivers customized training programs, and assists our PI® clients with talent management, selection, onboarding, team building, management effectiveness and performance management needs. Joshua brings over a decade of customer service and human resource expertise including creative problem solving, talent acquisition, on-boarding, training, and process creation. Josh most recently worked as the People Strategy Manager for ObserveIT, a VC-funded, insider threat security software company. In this role, he was responsible for the complete Human Resources function and worked directly with the CEO to develop and maintain a vibrant company culture. Previously, Josh was a Human Resource Coordinator for The Boston Solar Company, a solar sales and installation company. In this role, he built out the HR function and handled recruiting, new hire assimilation, disciplinary actions, manager training, and benefits enhancements. Josh’s began his career working on a farm in the Midwest and has continued to grow through a variety of industries and responsibilities, each building upon the last. He came to the Boston in 2009 and has grown his customer service and client focused Human Resources roles to become a valued asset to the leadership teams he has served. Josh is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®) and an active member of several Human Resources communities including NEHRA and SHRM. Josh is passionate about helping people and finding creative solutions to dynamic organizational challenges. Josh is an active member of the community volunteering for several organizations like Zoo New England and New England Baptist Teen Camp. Ryen is the Client Project Manager for MCG Partners. Ryen works with all our PI® clients to address their PI® questions, needs, processes and utilization. She also administers and coordinates MCG Partners conferences, programs, seminars and speaking engagements. She acts as a liaison between all senior managers to ensure the day to day running of projects with her strong ability to analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate projects. Ryen brings over 10 years of executive assistance, office management experience, a proven record in customer relations experience. Previously, Ryen worked as a Client Service Manager for NetWatch, Inc. an IT consulting firm. In this role, she managed client relationships through resolution of problems, explanation and knowledge of policies that resulted in greater client satisfaction and long lasting relationships. Ryen managed invoicing, processing payroll and improved database management and implemented an electronic filing system. Prior to NetWatch, Inc., Ryen was Head of Corporate Sales and Office Manager for Sally Bridge Designs, a woman’s fashion design company, now Sally Bridge Metal. While in this role, Ryen significantly increased company sales, supervised sales reps and regularly participated in NYC fashion week. Sharing the company’s strong belief to manufacture in the US, she oversaw production, manufacturing, quality control and product development in the heart of New England. Ryen holds a BA from Bridgewater State University where she majored in Sociology and continues her education in Business Administration and is a certified analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®). Ryen has successfully built and sustained strong customer relationships and believes a company’s customer service policies are what set them apart from their competitors.

MCG has worked with over 175 organizations in the last 10 years. Riley’s experience includes over 30 years of driving revenue, product innovation, and organizational success with global media and digital content companies. In his role as SVP/GM and Head of Global Sales at Thomson Reuters Consumer Media, Riley was responsible for the commercial strategy and sales of all multimedia products across online, mobile, and digital out of home platforms. In addition, he developed and successfully launched a transformational user data strategy to support programmatic audience buying and selling, audience acquisition and management, ecommerce, and direct marketing. When Riley was SVP of Consumer Markets at WebMD, the leader in online health and medical news and information, he successfully lead sales, marketing strategy, and revenue execution across all consumer and wellness product categories. During his tenure at WebMD, the company experienced a fivefold increase in revenue which led to a successful IPO. While at ESPN, he was VP of Sales and Marketing and responsible for sales and strategic marketing sponsorships and played a central role in establishing ESPN as the dominant market share leader and top Internet sports destination. Under his leadership, the company captured a 400% increase in revenue through strategic account development and large scale integrated Digital/Cable/Print advertising programs with leading national marketers. Earlier in his career, Riley was the Publisher of Inc. Magazine, where he oversaw the sales and business operations for this leading entrepreneurs’ magazine and increased publishing frequency from 12 to 16 issues, expanded circulation to over 650,000, and grew annual revenue by over 40%. Currently Riley is coaching and advising executives and their management teams on growth and revenue strategies and how to build effective organizations. He serves as a coach for Harvard Business School Executive Education programs, where he works with global senior executives to help them accelerate and sustain their leadership effectiveness and organizational impact. Riley regularly mentors startup companies on revenue strategy, and is an angel investor in the green/sustainability ventures, e-commerce, and business service industries. He is currently a board advisor for several early stage digital companies. Riley was a founding board member of the Online Publishers Association, and a board member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. He served as an adjunct professor at Pace University in the Masters of Publishing program, and has lectured on sales strategy and marketing at his alma mater, Iona College, where he is currently a member of the Legal Board of Trustees. As a coach, Alida helps leaders develop executive presence and communications skills, and advises them in team building, performance management, change management and conflict resolution. Alida is an expert facilitator, designing custom workshops that help teams surface, explore and resolve difficult issues. Her prior experience includes working as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School where she developed a case study with Rosabeth Moss Kanter to illustrate challenges of leading change in dynamic and evolving market conditions. In addition to MCG Partners’ leadership development and management training programs, her other training content includes: SAVI® Communications, the Power + Systems Organizational Workshop, and Personify Leadership®. She is a Certified Master Coder for SAVI® (the System for Verbal Interaction), which is a research tool for analyzing communication patterns in groups. Alida’s industry areas of expertise include Oil & Gas, Chemical, Consumer Products, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Academic Medicine, and Non-profit organizations. Josh has been facilitating programs since 1993 in the fields of health care, high-tech, marketing, advertising, biotech, retail, and education. He specializes in developing coaching and leadership skills in others so that they can effectively create business results. His specific areas of expertise include communication, customer service, emotional intelligence, managing change, organizational effectiveness, coaching, and team development. Previous professional roles include managing a global customer support learning team at Monster Worldwide, and supporting both line leaders and Human Resource professionals at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, IDX Systems Corporation, Hookmedia, Inc., Pegasystems, EMC Corporation, and Biogen. Ted Higgins is a Leadership Coach, Consultant and Facilitator for MCG Partners. Ted has over 30 years of experience in leadership, management, team effectiveness, sales and sales management, and service excellence. He is a consultant, trainer, facilitator and speaker on these topics. His passion lies in helping leaders develop the skills they need to enhance and impact those they lead. Most recently, Ted was VP, Talent and Leadership for Fidelity Investments. In that role, he was responsible for the overall strategy, design and delivery of Fidelity’s top talent leadership development programs and experiences across the firm. He also implemented an integrated talent management strategy supporting key initiatives including the development of a talent management architecture and brand, integration of Fidelity’s leadership practices, and ongoing talent metrics. His other work at Fidelity included forming and leading the Sales/Service Learning Center of Excellence with responsibility for relationship management, curriculum design, content development, delivery, measurement, and communication strategy for all relationship management/sales roles. Additionally, he was responsible for the overall recruitment, leadership and development of a team of internal expert facilitators dedicated to the delivery of management and leadership programs for all leaders at Fidelity. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ted spent almost twenty years at The Forum Corporation. As a leader of large client engagements, he worked to define project strategy and results, and managed Forum teams to design and deliver to those results. He applied his consulting, design and facilitation expertise in client work that encompassed a wide range of topics including sales, customer service, and management and leadership. She has advised, coached, and partnered with executives at the functional, divisional, country, regional, and global level. From individual coaching to assimilation, team meeting design and facilitation to skill development, organizational change and communications, Roxana can target specific individual and group needs and deliver a customized solution to drive success. As a Senior HR Leader at Boston Scientific, one of the world’s leading medical device companies, Roxana served as a member of the senior leadership team of a dynamic, fast-growing business division. Partnering with the division’s president and other senior leaders, Roxana helped transform the unit’s approach to leadership, accountability, talent management and development, enabling the organization to build the strategies, processes, employee engagement, and broader culture that it needed to reignite growth. Roxana completed a Coaching Certification Program and is certified as a coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified in the Predictive Index® (PI®). Kelly specializes in coaching, consulting and advising professionals and organizations on aligning workforces with business strategy after mergers, acquisitions and restructurings; transitioning employees for increased speed to competency or improved productivity; and outplacement and career transition planning and implementation. Previously, Kelly worked as an outplacement consultant at Right Management Inc. and served as the Director of Development for DBM, Inc., where she partnered with organizations to identify key business challenges and ways to support senior management in achieving superior business and individual leadership performance. She briefly worked in the non-profit sector for the American Red Cross. With years of experience in higher education, she is currently the Associate Director of Student Development and Outreach, Career Education Instructor and Coach at the University of Connecticut School of Business in Storrs, Connecticut. Previously held positions in college admissions and alumni relations at the University of Hartford, University of Maine, Fitchburg State College, Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA) and at Providence College, where she was Assistant Dean of Admission. Tasked with increasing interest from young women in non-traditional math and sciences careers through MMA, Kelly was credited with still in place retention programming and tripling female enrollment. Kelly has an undergraduate degree from Merrimack College and graduated with honors with a Master’s Degree in organizational behavior from the Barney School of Business, University of Hartford. Kelly has served as an advisory Board member of the Connecticut Forum for over 5 years, she is a 20 year Rotarian with the West Hartford Rotary, National Undergraduate Business Symposium Career Group, Merrimack College Alumni Association, and over 10 years with the Connecticut Women’s Council. Since 2012, she’s served as the College Relations Chair on SHRM’s state council. In 2009, she received the Rotary International’s Paul Harris Award for extraordinary community service and was honored as the 2006 Hartford Business Journal’s 40 under 40. She lives with her husband Bobby in West Hartford.
