Chuck Mollor - Executive Coach & Managing Partner

Chuck Mollor is the founding and Managing Partner of MCG Partners, a premier provider of leadership, talent, sales and organizational effectiveness solutions and Chamber of Commerce winner of “Entrepreneur of the Year”. For over 25 years Chuck has advised and consulted regional, national and international executives andorganizations across industries, start-ups to Fortune 500, and not-for-profits.

Chuck is an executive coach and strategic consultant specializing in coaching executives and leadership teams, and aligning strategy, leadership and organizations to achieve business objectives.  He focuses on areas such as leadership development, leadership team alignment, succession planning, creating a leadership culture, creating a sales culture, change management, performance management, mergers and acquisitions, employee engagement, strategic planning, and developing a culture of accountability.

Chuck has been a C-level executive and has played key roles in building businesses, restructuring organizations through mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, and increasing sales and profitability. His hands-on experience in executive management provides clients with a unique perspective and strategic vision to develop strong leaders and build effective organizations.

Having been on several executive teams, he has had general management and P&L responsibilities and has led strategy, sales, marketing, product development, operations, and a global partnership of more than 100 consulting firms in 33 countries.

Chuck has written articles and has been a panelist, presenter and speaker at numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars. He is a regular contributor to Wall Street Satellite Radio, the International Herald Tribune, the Boston Globe, and Chief Learning Officer Magazine.

Chuck is a graduate of Executive Programs at The Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has a BA in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from Merrimack College. He is a certified Executive Coach from Lore International Institute (a Korn/Ferry Company) and Coaching University, and is certified in a number of behavioral, 360 and engagement assessments and surveys.

Chuck is the Chairman of the Board for the Arts and Business Council and serves on several other boards. He is a Cranberry Grower-Owner of Ocean Spray, and is a member of the CEO Club of Boston, International Coaching Federation, Institute of Coaching Professional Association, the Harvard Club and LeBaron Hills Country Club. He is a fundraiser and rider for the Pan Mass Challenge, a 192 mile bike ride for the fight against cancer. Chuck lives near Boston with his wife, three daughters, one son, and three dogs.

Cheryl is an executive coach of the firm working with leaders on team effectiveness, conflict management, influence & persuasion and overall leadership effectiveness requirements. Cheryl is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations to achieve their potential. She leverages her extensive business background to assist our clients in achieving higher levels of performance.

Cheryl brings over 15 years experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning, and executive coaching. Previously, Cheryl was the founder of Talent Transformation, a coaching, training and talent management consulting firm. Beforehand, she was the Executive Director of Sales for The Providence Journal Company, a multimedia organization owned by Belo Corporation. Here, Cheryl oversaw a sales and marketing staff of 60 and drove strategies, revenue, and multimedia product development for a $50m budget. Prior to the Providence Journal, Cheryl spent 10 years in Sales and Strategic Planning at Boston.com and The Boston Globe.

Cheryl holds a BA from Boston College, an MBA from Suffolk University and is a member of Suffolk's Executive MBA Alumni Board. In addition, Cheryl is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Bill House - Senior Vice President

Bill House is Senior Vice President for MCG Partners, a premier provider of leadership, talent, sales and organizational effectiveness solutions. Bill’s focus is on the sales performance practice. He develops and delivers a broad spectrum of customized sales assessment, training and development programs, and provides advisory and consulting services to our clients for their employee and leadership development, succession, talent management, and selection needs.

Bill has an extensive history of sales management experience in consumer products and B2B sales. His track record of success has focused on sales achievement, sales performance management, planning and execution, and enhancing customer relationships utilizing diverse sales teams.

Bill brings over 25 years experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning, and sales execution. Previously, he was the Vice President, Sales of The Gem Group, Inc., an industry leader in the promotional marketing business. In this role Bill developed sales strategies and tactics to consistently grow sales, strategically position the organization and enhance the development of the sales teams. Prior to that Bill was Director, Retail Sales, U.S. for Spalding Sports Worldwide. During his time at Spalding he was responsible for the long term expansion of the golf business with key national sporting goods retailers and the building and development of the sales teams to accomplish this. In these roles he managed field, inside, key account, and agency sales teams. These sales units achieved significant strategic penetration of the diverse markets in each company’s portfolio.

Bill holds a BS/BA in Marketing/Management from Rockhurst University. He is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®), and is certified in the Customer-Focused Selling™ (CFS) sales training program, Sales Skills Assessment Tool™ (SSAT), and in the sales management training programs, Coaching for Sales Growth™ and Coaching to Excellence™. Bill lives north of Boston and is an avid golfer and skier.

Ron Cort - Senior Vice President

Ron is a Senior Vice President of MCG Partners, Chamber of Commerce winner of "Entrepreneur of the Year" and provider of leadership, talent, sales, and organizational effectiveness solutions. Ron is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of management and strategic development expertise. With extensive experience in the transportation industry and related business entities, Ron brings a keen understanding of progressive business leadership in managing organizational effectiveness. His dynamic approach to effective communication and employee training dovetails with a deep understanding of corporate culture management.

Prior to joining MCG Partners, Ron was vice president of MTC Recovery Consultants, a technology firm specializing in parcel shipment auditing and reporting. As an integral part of senior management, Ron advised client companies offering a spectrum of solutions to facilitate cost reduction.

Previously, Ron was president of Plymouth Rock Transportation—a privately held freight services business based in Stoneham, MA. As such, Ron led the company in optimizing service performance, productivity, growth and profitability throughout all departments. During his tenure, Ron implemented a long-term expansion strategy, growing the small family business into a major common carrier with 14 facilities in 11 Northeastern states from Maine to Virginia. His business acumen and well-honed communication skills enabled him to then position the company for sale, managing a seamless acquisition process and maximizing revenue retention.

Ron is active in numerous cultural and philanthropic organizations. Currently, he serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of The Bridge Center—a non-profit organization that provides facilities and opportunities for kids with disabilities to learn, play and grow. He is also an avid golfer and past Member of the Board of Governors at Pinebrook Country Club in Weston, MA.

Ron attended Franklin Pierce College and Syracuse University, and holds a certificate from the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School. Ron is certified in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Heather Roberts - Vice President

Heather Roberts is Vice President of MCG Partners, Chamber of Commerce winner of “Entrepreneur of the Year” and premier provider of leadership, talent, sales and organizational effectiveness solutions.

Heather believes in developing leaders that engage and inspire their teams and transform workplaces. For over 18 years, Heather has designed, developed, and delivered customized training and development programs focused on increasing the organizational effectiveness of leaders and their teams. She also provides advisory and consulting services regarding change management, performance management, and organizational re-design.

Heather’s background is within Human Resources as a Strategic Business Partner in the areas of Leadership Development, Talent Management and Change Management. Heather’s prior roles include talent management roles within a Fortune 20 company and owner of her own Human Resources consulting firm. In those roles, Heather:

  • Achieved 32% improvement in customer satisfaction for the organization’s largest call center, while lowering average speed to answer by 5.5 minutes and reducing new hire training time by 50%.
  • Developed and led the change management strategy for a systems implementation throughout a client’s logistics and distribution department that exceeded company expectations was recognized within the industry as best-in-class.
  • Within six months, designed, developed, and implemented a year-long first level leadership development program aligned with company competencies and values at a cost of less than $500/ attendee.

Heather holds a BA from Hanover College and a MA in Organizational Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (MSPP). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA). In addition, Heather holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) from MSPP and maintains certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also certified in the Predictive Index® (PI® ) assessment. Heather lives in Rhode Island and enjoys skiing.

Gordon Harris - Consultant

Gordon is a seasoned and versatile professional with over 15 years of human resources, marketing and management experience. He is experienced in retail, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, financial services, entertainment, food and beverage, gaming and guest services for companies ranging from 12 to 12,000 employees.

He has served as Director of Workforce Development for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe,and Director of Employment and Manager of Diversity and Indian Preference for Foxwoods Resort & Casino, one of the largest gaming facilities in the world.

Most recently Gordon was the Vice President of Global Diversity at Sovereign Bank, one of the largest banks in New England. He was responsible for the company’s overall diversity strategy which included workforce development, retention, training, minority and women owned vendor development, ethnic marketing and advertising. Previously, he was the regional Vice President of Human Resources at Sovereign Bank, managing human resource activities throughout the northeast – recruitment, employee relations, training and benefits. He successfully managed the integration of 7,000 employees through mergers and acquisitions, and managed a staff of 10.

Gordon has been quoted in trade and business publications on the issue of diversity, and has been a key note speaker at symposiums on the subject of diversity.

Gordon was educated in Europe until the age of sixteen. He attended Salem State College and Boston University, is certified in the Predictive Index® (PI), and is fluent in French and Dutch. Gordon is a registered member of the federally recognized Mashpee Wampanoag tribe.

Angela Conefrey - Client Coordinator

Angela is the Client Coordinator for MCG Partners providing quality assistance to our clients for all their needs and services. Angela is also responsible for arranging and coordinating MCG Partners’ events, conferences, speaking engagements and marketing programs. She maintains relationships with our clients as well as key professional associations and organizations.

She has over ten years of responsible corporate experience as an administrative assistant with a proven record in customer relations, office management and general operations. Her strong organizational abilities combined with excellent interpersonal, communication, and client focused skills provide our team with a strong asset.

Angela’s background includes critical responsibilities in different corporate environments. Before joining MCG Partners, Angela was the Member Services Director for a regional fitness company, responsible for member services, operations and functional needs. Additionally, she spent five years as an Executive Assistant with Reebok, one of the world’s leading sports and fitness brands.

Angela has an Associates degree in Business Technology from the Katherine Gibbs School and has studied at the New England School of Art and Design. Angela lives in Raynham, MA with her husband and three daughters.

Adrienne (Kravitz) Mollor - Partner

Adrienne is the Chief Operations Officer of MCG Partners.

Previously, Adrienne spent seven years as Vice President of Client Services for the world’s largest organizational consulting firm. She worked with small to Fortune 50 companies and was the Account Executive for two of the company’s top 50 clients worldwide. Beforehand, Adrienne was the Director of Resident Services for a retirement community with over six hundred residents. She managed a staff and was responsible for all internal marketing and activities to drive sales. She has worked in the construction field as a manager for two general contracting firms and has over eighteen years of real estate sales and development experience.

Adrienne is involved in the ownership, management and growth strategy for over 130 acres of cranberry bogs in Southeastern, Massachusetts. Her family’s farm crop is sold across a variety of wholesale channels including a line of value-added products.

Adrienne is on the Board for SEMAP (Southeastern Massachusetts Agricultural Partnership). SEMAP is dedicated to preserving and expanding access to local food and sustainable farming through research and education. She is involved with the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association and is active on its Government Affairs Committee. She is on the Board of Incoporators for Mechanics Cooperative Bank’s Holding Company. Adrienne was the founding chairperson of the Bridgewater State University's Center for Entrepreneurship Studies. Most recently, she has been working with The Solution from the Land Dialogue (SFL). The SFL initiative is exploring the development of integrated sustainable solutions to the challenges of climate change, food security, economic development and biodiversity conservation.

Adrienne was selected as the 2010 Eisenhower Agricultural Fellow and traveled to South America to expand agricultural business relationships while observing sustainability practices. In 2011, she received the McCabe Fellow award for public spirited business person. She has held a federal appointment to serve on the Massachusetts State Committee for the USDA's Farm Services Agency (FSA) since 2007. FSA provides all farmers with agricultural programs and is dedicated to achieving an economically and environmentally sound future for American Agriculture.

Adrienne is also involved with the following organizations and participated in the following trainings:
